Rubén is an environmental scientist committed to the protection of bees and the environment. Along with his family, he created “Bee de Fleur,” a project located in the Sierra de Guadalajara that seeks to address two important problems at the same time: protecting bees and producing ecological lavender products.

At Bee de Fleur, they use a traditional cultivation methodology that avoids exposure to pesticides and chemical fertilizers, which maximizes the quality of the plants. Additionally, their sustainable business model promotes the responsible use of resources and helps generate employment in rural areas.

With a 2-hectare plantation of “Super” Lavandin, Bee de Fleur produces its own range of products, including lavender essential oils, lavender water, and dried flower air fresheners, which they distribute locally. Located in the province of Guadalajara, within the Natura 2000 network dedicated to environmentally respectful cultivation, Bee de Fleur is an initiative that contributes to a more sustainable future by protecting bees and producing high-quality products.
