Eduardo and Luis are two brothers who make up Trufellota, a family company committed to protecting the natural environment and the quality of their star product, TUBER MELANOSPORUM, through a sustainable management model.

Trufellota’s truffle growers are dedicated to carefully harvesting, cleaning, and selecting each truffle in the morning to send them to their destination in the afternoon. This way, the truffles will be in the kitchen the next day and in perfect condition for consumption.
