Alberto Rodriguez, owner of Precazasa is our supplier of local game meat. It is carefully selected and prepared to obtain an authentic flavor with the rustic touch that has always characterized traditional cuisine. They are located in Sauca, province of Guadalajara, surrounded by hunting grounds where we obtain our raw materials, thus contributing to the strengthening of the local rural economy. The authentic flavor we offer can only be achieved through cooking in freedom, without overexploitation and with superior quality.
